When you're done, the charges are done.
Two taps and it is done. We stop charging. We stop coming. Your card is deleted. No number to call, no hold music, no call center reading a script while your card keeps getting charged. You are never more than two taps from out. That is why putting your card on file is easy.
Once an appointment has been charged 24 hours in advance, that appointment is confirmed, the time is reserved for you, and the payment is non-refundable.

Paul did not fall into this business by accident. He chose dogs. He wanted to build his life around working with them, so he trained at the Florida Institute of Animal Arts and built Dog Gone Clean from the ground up. What started as one trailer and one decision became a focused mobile dog grooming service built on calm handling and full attention. The system came later. The dogs came first.
Today he trains every Dog Gone Nails specialist on that same careful routine, starting with his son Jake.
